There is a lot I can say about the care I've gotten but I will keep it direct. From day one when I went in about my sleep apnea and removal of tonsils. Dr. Seymour wanted to do more than just go behind another Dr. He wanted to start from A to get to Z himself. Dr. Seymour and his staff have been nothing more than generous each time I've walked through there office doors. Dr. Seymour is very thorough and informative. He was and have been determined to find the exact problem and an exact solution, rather than just an easy fix I can say that. Even throughout the process which have been lengthy there nothing bad I can say. I have had some long wait times I’ve experienced and issues with getting things scheduled and on the roll but the services are nothing that I complain and find an issue with. Dr. Seymour is a highly qualified ENT that finally relieved me of my chronic sinusitis issues. I had suffered (only able to breathe from my mouth) for 7 years, before a friend's referral led me to him. He did an awesome surgical procedure and I'm able to breathe through my nose again. Dr. Seymour is the only ENT that has helped my chronic sinusitis. I've been to several doctors who would only prescribe steroids and antibiotics, however, Dr. Seymour took the time to find the source of the issue and correct it. I can finally breathe after 7 years. Thank You! More

I am so happy I meet dr. Seymour. He helped me lose weight . He also helped me with my sinuses. The staff is amazing just like Dr. Seymour is amazing. He definitely get 5stars. I found the physician to be very personable however, the follow-thru is troubling. I initially went in for vertigo. I had multiple visits for allergy testing and a two part sleep study. I was cancelled multiple times for the latter half sleep study, sometimes on the day of the study. I feel like I've wasted many hours trying to get to the bottom of my problems. I can't in good faith recommend this organization to anyone at this time. This is my edited post...... it's been a couple years since my original review. That post was correct at that time however, Dr. Seymour did make some changes of his staff to get much better customer service outcomes and It looks like the changes worked. I can now recommend highly and without hesitation. More

This is a one stop shop! Dr Seymour does ENT, laser hair removal, sleep therapy, as well as weight loss mediation! It's great to have a true professional who understands these various branches of anatomy and cosmetics. More

He was aggressive at times. He is patient at others. Somethings, I just didn't agree with what he was doing or saying to my child. Yet, I stayed in control of the situation. I am aware that he is the professional. However, I am the decision maker here. Besides that, he was thorough in educating us on what was going on with Robert. Overall, Dr. Seymour was okay, Robert liked him. So, I think it is always best to be with your child during the consultation and the exam. That way you can be in charge and make your determination regarding your child. Robert is scheduled to go back to Seymour next week. I will be in attendance all the way.show more More

I was unexpectedly surprised with our appointment with Dr. B. Terry Seymour III. It was those rare case when doctor spent as much time as we need rather then quickly say diagnose and give prescription. We had some language barrier and he spent much time trying to explain everything by showing picture and so on. He correctly diagnosed disease and recommended medicines. More

Dr. Seymour was incredibly thoughtful and considerate and did every necessary test required in order to diagnose me. He took the time to explain exactly what I needed to know...and MORE! Seriously, his passion and compassion were almost too much! Still, though, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Dr. Seymour, I can't recommend him highly enough. He was humorous but considerate, and took the time to answer my questions and speak to me as if I were the top priority while I was his patient. Down to earth and honest, but open to all possible diagnoses, I think he's a great balance of accessible and professional. The office staff is very kind and accommodating, though they aren't overly helpful when it comes to getting information about things like insurance (who to talk to, how can I confirm things are covered, etc.) and following doctor's instructions (what they mean, what to expect, etc). All in all I would recommend Dr. Seymour and this office to anyone looking to address ENT concerns.show more More

Dr. Seymour is very professional. He personally called me to confirm my appointment (I don't know many doctors who personally calls their patients these days). His office staff is sub-par, though. His front office staff could use some additional training on how to give proper customer service. I waited in the lobby for my appointment for more than 1-hour, and the office staff seemed nonplussed. The appointment was, however, worth the wait. More
